The yoga sessions for these young ages involves music, nursery rhymes, stories through EYFS supported class plans and most importantly having lots of fun doing yoga.

The yoga and mindfulness sessions for 5-7 years old are based around stories and adventures which help stimulate their imagination and also get them engaged with the practice of yoga. We start creating awareness in the children about breath and mindfulness.
The yoga and mindfulness sessions for 8-12 years old are based on exploring different themes in our lives which could be balance, relationships, exploring physical and mental strengths through various yoga postures and breathing techniques. Mental stimulus is provided through visualisation and mindfulness exercises.

During teenage years the teens experience a lot of stress related to academics and the physical and hormonal body changes. Yoga and meditation help them to deal with stressful situations in a peaceful manner avoiding any damage or self-harm. Yoga and mindfulness helps bring about self-acceptance and discipline in their young lives.
